We are looking for an experienced CDD Quality Officer who will join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible to perform Quality Assurance reviews of KYC files, determine if the KYC file review and research were conducted in accordance with the quality standards and timeframes set by established procedures, organization policy and regulatory requirements.

What you will do
- Document each review by completing a Quality Control form
- Stay up to date with the latest changes in KYC policies
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the various systems used for performing and documenting the KYC verifications
- Perform root cause analysis and identifies solutions and best practices
- Communicate with the KYC Ops Supervisors & Managers and/or the Training and Quality Control team, when identifying problem areas and risks associated with processes and makes recommendations to improve quality of KYC analyst file work
- Ensure that high quality standards are maintained, by providing timely and effective feedback to the KYC analyst
- Support regulatory, audit enquiries and other significant remediation project
- Stay up to date with the latest changes in KYC policies and ensures implementation of knowledge
- Cooperate closely with the local MLRO’s, to ensure that the local KYC regulations are embodied in the training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar position
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and any other language would be a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking and pivoting abilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral presentation skills
- Excellent communicational skills
- Time management and multi-tasking skills with a drive for efficiency, accuracy
- Strong motivation, hands-on attitude and able to independently handle tasks
