- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and reviewing all direct and indirect materials and services from suppliers and vendors
- Carrying out all procurement processes including generating of Purchase Orders and ensuring goods timely arrival
- Duties also include fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry
- Manage and support helpdesk
- Maintain project contact list
- Assist to preparation of and submission of progress reports
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Job requirement:
Working hour is Monday to Friday (8.15am - 5.15pm)
No experience required, training will be given
