Maintain the buildings, grounds and gardens to ensure the safe, efficient and presentable upkeep of the property including staff accommodation.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in a grounds and building maintenance and the maintenance of mechanical gardening equipment and power tools.
- NSW drivers licence C class unrestricted.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take directions from supervisor.
- Demonstrated understanding of WHS and Manual Handling.
- Computer literate with demonstrated willingness to learn new tasks and ability to adapt to changing work practices.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills.
